The Restructuring Villa In Santa Severa

Complete renovation of the exterior at a villa located in Santa Severa, over the years neglected. The first phase is the pruning drastically the vegetation and the sizing of the flower beds.

Regarding the flooring, we proceeded as follows:

• removing tiles of existing
• manufacturing facility harvesting rainwater
• reconstruction of the slab prior to armor damage due to the roots of the vegetation
• the realization of the stakes and straps to the proper slope
• the drafting of the slab
• the laying of the floor
• grouting of the joints

A complete redesign of the exterior staircase:

• disassembly of the marble steps
• disassembly of the bars fall
• coating the enamel of the iron structure
• thorough washing of the steps and replacement
• replacement bars fall protection with steel cable

The creation of an area dedicated to barbecue, with consequent mounting of the oven.
