Apartment Off Lenin

The goal of this project was to answer the question of the customer "changing home or transform myself?"

Evaluating the cost/benefit ratio of the two operations, we have come to common agreement on the conclusion that it would have been preferable to a substantial renovation to give a new look to the entire apartment, not giving up the habits and friendships of the place.

The renovation has resulted in the elimination of the kitchen, demolition of the wall adjoining the hall and creation of a living space more comfortable and livable. Renovation of all the systems (gas, electric, water), replacement of all the fixtures, flooring, coatings, and realization of works in plasterboard (library, false ceilings, arc) that have embellished and modernized the entire environment.
